The Spiral Notebook was formerly an educational resource for professionals interested in carnitine palmitoyltransferase deficiencies, and for patients with these disorders. As of April 2001, The Spiral Notebook is no longer publishing new issues, either paper or electronic. However, the web site content will be maintained indefinitely, and new links, updates and articles will be added from time to time. Significant additions will be noted on the home page.
